Using Our Services

You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate on approvals and access, use deliverables lawfully, and keep account or project credentials secure. Specific scope, timelines, fees, and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless an agreement states otherwise, you retain rights to materials you provide and, after full payment, receive rights to final custom deliverables created specifically for your project. Comenzar Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, know-how, and reusable components. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Payments and Changes

Fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Work outside the agreed scope, substantial revisions, delays caused by missing feedback, or third-party costs may require a written change order or revised timeline.

Acceptable Use

You must not use our services to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malicious code, infringe intellectual property, misrepresent another person or business, or interfere with the security or operation of our website or systems.

Warranties and Liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care, but websites, campaigns, platforms, search rankings, and integrations depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services during the applicable engagement.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement according to its agreement or for a material breach that remains unresolved after reasonable notice. You remain responsible for approved work and expenses incurred before termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Chandigarh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution terms in a signed project agreement.
